Turmeric and Ginger

Turmeric and ginger are commonly used in Chinese Herbal Medicine to aid circulation, warm the body, help with inflammation, digestion and pain.  These can easily be added into recipes when you’re cooking – such as stews, stir-fry, curry and soup.

To make a fresh ginger tea – take a good slice of fresh ginger and add to recently boiled water, allow to steep for 2-3 minutes, and enjoy an easy way to warm up on a chilly day, whilst boosting the natural digestive process
